Unlike other multiple unit properties, it’s upkeep is always consistent and being that the property was built in 2010 the units haven’t gone through any major issues of concern. We were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the whole complex from the beginning.
I know this because my wife and I have become acclimated with our neighbors and they all speak highly of David. I honestly cannot speak for prior tenants but we absolutely love our neighbors and the manager of the property, who mind you just had a new addition to his family is on top of answering any needs or concerns that tenants address. As a tenant, my wife and I have been very happy, especially since we were seeking the perfect fit of a place to start a family as we were expecting our baby boy.
